I’m Logan Emery, Director of Prospect Property Consulting. While working as a Property Consultant in Singapore, selling properties for a New Zealand based property developer, I quickly understood the difficulties of buying ‘site unseen’. Knowing where to start is hard, with so many unknowns, like “What suburbs should I avoid?” or “Where are the growth areas?” to knowing the local schools and amenities nearby that make a property liveable. These factors are among many that highlight the importance of having someone on the ground with local knowledge and connections to assist.

With next to no options available that actively assist overseas buyers enter the New Zealand property market, out of this need to fill a gap, Prospect Property Consulting was born.
