Buying a property
We work with you and for you as the client and offer a range of options according to what you’re after. With this, we’re commission based with a competitive fee structure dependent on the property type, to reflect the level of work and vetting required.
We also partner with trusted property developers, giving you the opportunity to buy their properties through us FREE of charge.

*We charge a $500* deposit to confirm engagement of our services. This is deducted from the end commission if a property is purchased, or is non-refundable if a property is not purchased within the agreed timeframe.

If you’re about to move to New Zealand and are looking for a house to rent when you arrive, we can help!
Moving is stressful enough without needing to worry about where you’re going to live, and areas to avoid. Leave it with us! With our Full Service package, we can either have a place ready for you upon arrival, or work with you as soon as you arrive. With our quick turnaround time, you can settle into your new home as quickly as possible!
If you’d rather have the knowledge to do it yourself, opt for a 1 Hour One-on-One Consultation Session where we give you the tools to hunt for your own rental property and important details to look out for.
