  • Buying

    Our service is completely FREE of charge when purchasing one of our partner developer’s new build properties.

    Outside of this, we charge a flat 2% + GST on the property purchase price for a new build home, and a flat 2.5% + GST on the property purchase price for an existing home.

    Renting

    We charge a flat $1,500 + GST.

  • We can connect you to ANY property on the market, whether it be an existing home or an off-the-plans new build.

  • You can buy or build a home in New Zealand without applying for consent if you or your partner/spouse:

    • are a New Zealand citizen (whether or not you live in NZ)

    • have a New Zealand residence class visa and are ordinarily resident in New Zealand

    • are an Australian or Singaporean citizen or PR, and buy a house or land that has a property category of ‘residential’ or ‘lifestyle’.

  • Other foreign buyers require government approval from the Overseas Investment Office (OIO).
